Sea House is a nice apartment in the center of Forte dei Marmi, in Tuscany. It is the perfect place for a beach holiday in Versilia, known for its well-equipped beaches, full of attractions and nightlife, but also suitable for families with children. Forte dei Marmi hosts the Museum of Satire and Caricature, located in Fort Lorenese, also known as “Fortino” built in the 18th century and one of the symbols of the city. The suggestive  Ugo Guidi Museum houses several works of the sculptor who died in 1977, and occasionally sets up exhibitions dedicated to many art forms such as painting and photography. Also you can visit the Church of Sant’Ermete built in 1870 in neo-Romanesque style outside and neo-Renaissance inside, with an elegant and sober appearance. In 20 minutes you can reach Massa, visit the imposing Duomo of the late 15th century and the Palazzo Ducale built in  16th century in Renaissance and Baroque style. Nearby is also Viareggio with the Matilde Tower and the Church of Sant’Andrea. Also you can reach Lucca in half an hour  Florence within an hour.

Sea House is located on the second floor of an nice building in the pedestrian area  of Forte dei Marmi. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and includes  a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a small equipped kitchen communicating with the living room. The bathroom has a shower, is equipped with hairdryer, towels and a washing machine. The house is provided with heating, TV and iron, high chair and baby cot, games and books for children.

At Sea House, the love for art and the sea come together in harmony thanks to the work of Mina Barthel, ancestor of the current owners. On the walls are exposed her beautiful paintings with marine subjects made during the 20th century. The Barthel family is deeply linked to art and their passion for craftsmanship  stands out in the well-kept and original furnishings of the apartment.
