Sea House is a charming apartment in the centre of Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany. It is the perfect place for a beach holiday in Versilia, known for its well-equipped beaches, rich in attractions and nightlife, but also suitable for families with children. Forte dei Marmi is home to the Museum of Satire and Caricature, located in the Forte Lorenese or Fortino, built in the 18th century and now one of the symbols of the city. The evocative Ugo Guidi Museum houses numerous works by the sculptor who died in 1977 and periodically organises exhibitions dedicated to various art forms, from painting to photography. The Church of Sant’Ermete was built in 1870 in a neo-Romanesque style on the outside and neo-Renaissance on the inside, with an elegant and sober appearance. In 20 minutes, you can reach Massa, visit the imposing late 15th-century cathedral and the 16th-century Ducal Palace in Renaissance and Baroque style. Viareggio, with its Matilde Tower and the Church of Sant’Andrea, is also nearby. In half an hour, you can reach Lucca and in an hour, Florence.

Sea House is located on the second floor of a beautiful building in the pedestrian area of Forte dei Marmi. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. There is a small, fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room. The bathroom with shower is equipped with a hairdryer, towels and washing machine. The house has heating, TV and iron.

At Sea House, a love of art and the sea come together in harmony thanks to the work of Mina Barthel, ancestor of the current owners. Her beautiful works depicting marine subjects, created during the 20th century, are displayed on the walls. The Barthel family has a deep connection to art and a passion for craftsmanship, as evidenced by the apartment’s tasteful and original furnishings.
