From there you can quickly reach the most beautiful cities in the area and their extraordinary historical and artistic heritage. In Florence: Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery; in Siena: Piazza del Campo and the Torre del Mangia; in Pisa:  the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Leaning Tower. Also  Volterra, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Lucca, are a few examples of the fascinating places that you can visit in Tuscany, many of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Terre di Baccio Country House has 5 double rooms with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe, mini-bar and kettle. The three rooms on the ground floor have easy access, one in particular is specifically designed without architectural barriers for people with disabilities. On the first floor there are two bedrooms overlooking the estate, a sitting room and a loft bed. In some rooms you can add a sofa bed on request, in others you can separate the double bed into two single beds. For those traveling with family or with a group of friends there are 4 apartments in the Casale (the country house) and 2 in the Fienile (the old barn) which can accommodate 4 to 6 guests each and are equipped with a kitchenette. Also, the apartments in the Fienile have a large private green space. Furnishings and architecture have a rustic Tuscan style with stone walls and wooden beams combined with the bright colors of the fabrics and hand-crafted works coming from Guatemala, a detail that recalls the origins of the family members who manage the Country House.

Terre di Baccio has been managed by Ilaria, Lara and Giampaolo since 2007, when they decided to restore the country house maintaining its original features. Since then they have been hosting travelers from all over the world who want to  know Tuscany and its traditions. In the heart of Chianti, the property includes a farm and a restaurant, which produces the Schietto DOCG Chianti Classico wine, Chianti Classico Riserva, Vernaccia San Gimignano, and other products including Spumante, Grappa and Vin Santo. Guests are welcome during wine tastings, in fact they can learn about wines and learn how to combine them with food. Moreover, Terre di Baccio produces an excellent olive oil, the saffron of Chianti and organizes cooking classes based on the typical recipes of the area.
