Residenze dello Scirocco is located in Syracuse, Sicily. Thanks to two refined apartments you can spend your holidays on the east seafront in the Ortigia Island, the oldest and most characteristic part of the city. Just 200 meters away you can admire the Cathedral of the Nativity of Maria Santissima, located on the highest part of the island, a UNESCO site and an extraordinary example of baroque and rococo architecture. Not far is the Fonte Aretusa with its characteristic papyrus plants. Another symbolic building in Syracuse is the Castello Maniace. Built under the reign of Frederick II of Swabia, the castle stretches over the sea with its imposing structure and four cylindrical towers. A magnificent interior hall has a vaulted ceiling formed by 25 arches. Also, walking around the city, you can visit many Spanish fortifications, baroque, liberty and rococo style buildings, the Archimedeion, the Sea Museum, the tropical aquarium.

The Ghibli apartment, of 60m2, includes an equipped kitchen and a dining table, two large and bright double bedrooms, one with a sofa bed, the other with a double bed and a sofa bed. Both rooms have a veranda and a bathroom and overlook a typical inner courtyard. The apartment Zante, with window on the sea, is 35 m2 and consists of an equipped kitchen with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed plus cot and satellite TV. The rooms of both apartments have air conditioning and WI-Fi connection.
