B&B del Corso is located in the town centre of Capo d’Orlando, right on the main street, a popular shopping destination that runs parallel to the sea promenade. Capo d’Orlando is renowned for its sea and is ideally situated to reach some of the splendid treasures of Sicily. From the town, in fact, the Aeolian Islands are clearly visible in all their beauty, and within a 20 km radius there are a number of attractions certainly worth a visit: the Nebrodi National Park, the picturesque town of San Marco d’Alunzio, Naso with its baroque Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary, and just a little farther away, at a distance of about 30 km, there are the Sanctuary of Tindari and the archaeological site with the well-preserved Greek theatre.
B&B del Corso occupies the entire 7th floor of a building of the 70s with views spanning the whole of Cefalù Bay and the Aeolian Islands, especially Lipari and Vulcano, and also of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Capo d’Orlando: like real jewels they seem to sparkle in the sunshine. B&B del Corso is full of light and from its terrace one can take in the town and the sea below. The communal areas consist of an open plan kitchen and living room, with walls painted white and pearl gray to complement the white stained furniture and the powder pink striped and plain upholstery of sofa and armchairs. Guests are encouraged to borrow a bike and explore the town at their ease. They also have use of Wi-Fi everywhere in the B&B.
There are four spacious rooms at B&B del Corso, with either a balcony or access to the terrace to enyoy the fragrant sea air of Sicily. Their colours vary from warm yellow to sage green and from pale blue to powder pink; these same hues are picked up in the tiles and the bright bands painted around the door panels to create a cheerful, pleasant effect. The furniture in the bedrooms is white too and offsets the bed linen and upholstery, whose colours echo those of the walls.
